We opened Ember & Vine with one idea: cook simply, cook over wood, and let great ingredients speak. Every morning our oak fire is lit for the day's bread, and it's still glowing at midnight.
Our menu follows the seasons and the farmers we've worked with for a decade, from Niagara peaches to Prince Edward County lamb.
